Szu Jo Tsai

Student Intern (Summer 2022)

Szu Jo is an Interactive Media undergraduate student at the University of York. Before coming to York, she taught drums, piano, and guitar, and founded a music promotion platform called Hook Music Studio. She also worked with University College London – CSSA as a music producer and as an interpreter for the Berklee Music College Master Class associated with the Global Outstanding Chinese Artist Association. She is interested in music technology and enjoys playing the drums and guitar.

In the summer of 2022, Szu was completing an internship on the EAD II project as a research assistant. She helped to collect and analyse metadata in Pro-Tools, carry out experiments, and code.
