Ore Yakubu

Student Intern (Summer 2023)

Ore is a History and Politics undergraduate at the University of York. In 2022 she undertook a placement year at the university’s Careers and Placements Service as a marketing and communications assistant. In this role she conducted a feedback project into student experiences of the careers service.

In the summer of 2023, Ore works as a project research intern for the EAD project. Her role is concerned with gathering data on the non-academic impact of the project, especially the impact on different groups, such as visually impaired people and industry professionals.
